Google Apps on Android: Why Aren
Google Apps
Check your app permissions
It sounds like your Google apps are not working because you have not granted them the proper permissions. To fix this, open the Settings app and then tap on Apps. Scroll down until you see all of your installed apps and tap any that have a red circle with a line through it.
The permissions page should pop up and allow you to grant or deny permission for each app. If you click Allow for each of your Google apps, they should start working again!
Check your account settings
If you're using Google apps and you're having trouble getting them to work, the first thing to do is check your account settings. To do this, go to Settings > Accounts > Google. This should show all of your different accounts from all of Google's services (e.g., Gmail, Drive, etc.).
Tap the account that's not working and see if there are any error messages or other instructions about what to do next. If there aren't any instructions for fixing the problem, try signing out and signing back in again for that particular service (e.g., Gmail) by going to Settings > Accounts > Google and then tapping on your email address at the top of the screen. If none of these options fix things, contact us so we can help!
